History of Good Shepherd
Good Shepherd began in 1983 as a Bible Study group meeting in the home of Reverend Arthur McPhee, who became the founding pastor of the church once it was established. Now our congregation meets in our own building at 754 Greendale Avenue, Needham, which we co-own with Congregation Ruach Israel (Messianic Jews), and the Greater Boston Baptist Association. We moved into this facility in 1992 and are so blessed to have the use of it. Our vision is to reach the lost in Needham, but also in the Metro West region of Boston and to the far reaches of the globe.
