Our Pastor

The Reverend Darrell Minnich joined us in July of 1994. He has been involved in church leadership since 1979, serving congregations in Ohio and Connecticut, including a Laotian mission church in Hartford. He and his wife, June, live in Needham. They have two sons: Daniel and Philip, who are married and serving the Lord with their families.

Lay Leadership

Good Shepherd members are deeply involved with the ministries and programs in the church. The Elder Board, the Sunday School department, the Youth Group, and the mid-week small groups all include lay leadership from the congregation. Good Shepherd is also a part of the Harvest Fellowship of Churches which includes congregations from a wide variety of ethnic groups located across the country. This group of churches meets together annually but also at other times in regional gatherings. Together we seek to walk in faithfulness to Christ and His Word, and in love one to another.
